Ubaciti sav krompir u činiju, dodati soli, bibera, malo suvog začina, sitno seckanog ili mlevenog ruzmarina i malo ulja. Sve dobro izmešati da se listići oblože. Naseći vrlo sitno beli deo praziluka (ili mladog luka).</li><li>U profilisanu tepsiju za pečenje "muffin"-a u svako udubljenje gurnuti traku od papira za pečenje tako da iz profilnog udubljenja vire oba kraja papira (lakše će se izvaditi kad bude pečeno).</li><li>Složiti 2-3 sloja listića krompira u profil pa sipalti pola kašičice neutralne pavlake za kuvanje, prstohvat ribanog parmezana i seckani praziluk. Poslagati cele škampe u oklopu u tiganj i pržiti tri minuta. </li><li>	Ubaciti u tiganj celu glavicu belog luka vrlo sitno naseckanog, dve kašike putera, malo soli, pola kašičice sveže mlevenog bibera, kašičicu slatke aleve paprike, pola kašičice čili praha (ili seckane čili papričice). Ostaviti da se dinsta 4 - 5 minuta.

Dodati so, biber i malo suvog začina. 

</li><li>	Oljuštiti 200 g sitnijeg krompira i naseći ga na vrlo tanke kriške (kolutove). Kolutove uvaljati u brašno, poređati ih u jednom sloju na dno tiganja i pržiti na 6 kašika zagrejanog ulja, nekoliko minuta, na jakoj vatri. Okrenuti ih i propržiti i sa druge strane. </li><li>	Izvaditi krompir i ubaciti u tiganj pola paprike babure sečene na kockice i dva – tri nagnječena čena belog luka. Dinstati 2 minuta, pa dodati pola praziluka ili mladog luka sečenog na trakice. 

</li><li>	Vratiti krompir na dno tiganja i preliti krompire umućenim jajima. Voditi računa da jaja budu ravnomerno raspoređena preko povrća. Smanjiti vatru, poklopiti i ostaviti na tihoj vatri 4-5 minuta, dok sve ne očvrsne kao omlet-palačinka. 

</li><li>	Sad je potrebno izvaditi palačinku iz tiganja. Najlakše je poklopiti je u tiganju plitkim tanjirom, pa ga izvrnuti naopačke. Palačinku koja je sad na taniru spustiti natrag u tiganj kako bi se zapekla i druga strana.Ako je to problem, - ne vaditi je već poklopiti i stvoriće se gornja korica.</li><li>Na kraju, po želji, dodati malo izmrvljenog tvrđeg belog sira (npr. fete).
Posuti sitno seckanim svežim peršunovim listom i/ili seckanim lukom vlascem. Naesći veću glavicu luka na polumesece i dva-tri čena belog luka na listiće.</li><li>U šerpi na kašiki masti (ili 2 kašike ulja) propržiti kobasice sa svih strana da porumene. Tada im dodati luk i beli luk i pržiti oko minut. Posuti sve ravnom kašikom brašna, pa zaliti pivom. Pivo treba da prekrije kobasice.</li><li>Kuvati sve desetak minuta da se sos redukuje, pa dodati kašičicu vorčester (vuster) sosa, čili papričicu u količini po želji, pola kašičice slatke mlevene aleve paprike so, biber i suvi začin. Ukoliko je sos previše gust, dodati još malo piva.</li><li>Dodati po kašičicu majčine dušice i seckanog peršunovog lista.

Ubaciti celu vezicu sitno seckanog peršunovog lista i beli luk, sitno iseckan. Sve dobro umutiti (ako je puter u tiganju, ostaviti ga da se ohladi).</li><li>	Klipove kukuruza premazati dobijenim začinskim puterom. Svaki klip uviti u alu foliju i zavrnuti je na špicu da drži. Staviti u tepsiju i peći u rerni 20 – 30 min na jakoj temperaturi (brža varijanta je kuvati ih u ključaloj vodi 5 minuta). Izvaditi, ohladiti pod mlazom vode.

</li><li>	Pripremiti punjenje: iscepkati listiće topljivog sira za sendviče (koliko polovina toliko listića). Dodati milerama (na dve polovine po jednu kašiku), kašićicu omekšalog putera, malo soli i bibera, pa sve dobro izmešati da se ujednači.

</li><li>	U tiganju bez ulja propržiti dimljenu slaninu seckanu na kockice dok ne postane hrskava. Ocediti je i dodati pripremljenoj smesi za punjenje

</li><li>	Izvađene i ohlađene krompire preseći uzdužno na pola. Izdubiti ih u sredini tako da oko kore ostane krompira debljine prsta. Izvađenu sredinu iseći na sitno ili izrendati. Iseckanoj sredini krompira dodati malo soli, suvog začina i bibera. 

</li><li>	Svaku polovinu krompira napuniti prepremljenom smesom. Tepsiju tek malo orositi uljem i poslagati polovine. Peći u rerni 12 – 15 min na srednjoj visini i jakoj temperaturi. 

</li><li>Posutim seckanim vlašcem. Priprema marinade: 3-4 supene kašike suncokretovog ulja, ¼ glavice luka ili jedan mladi luk seckan na sitno, desetak nagnječenih raznobojnih zrna bibera, nekoliko nagnječenih čenova belog luka, supena kašika senfa (običnog, ne sa renom), grančica ruzmarina, 2 isecpkana lista lorbera, malo soli, suvog začina i dve supene kašike crnog vina, jačeg, ili konjaka (naš vinjak takođe odgovara). Ako nešto od sastojaka nedostaje, bez brige – biće ukusno svakako.

</li><li>	Izvađene i oceđene od marinade, bifteke pržiti na jakoj vatri, - u tiganju na malo sosa od marinade, ili na roštilju (bez marinade). Biftek se prži oko 35 minuta - ukoliko želite na roštilju unakrsne kose crte preko mesa, svakih 8 minuta treba okrenuti stejk i voditi računa da tragovi budu lepo ukršteni. Na taj način će stejk ostati malo siroviji u sredini a hrskav spolja. Ko voli pečenije, neka ga drži još malo na vatri. 

</li><li>	Ako je u tiganju, pre vađenja iz tiganja posuti pola ostatka marinade preko bifteka (sačuvati sa strane još kašiku - dve marinade) i ostaviti oko minut da krčka. Posuti čašicom konjaka (ili brendija) i zapaliti - flambirati. Vatru ugasiti ostatakom marinade. Ako je sa roštilja, skloniti sa vatre i preliti marinadom.

</li><li>Vrlo je važno ostaviti meso pokriveno folijom ili poklopcem da stoji 7-10 minuta, pa onda seći (biće sočnije).

Začiniti solju i biberom pa cele uvaljati u brašno.  </li><li>U tiganj sipati kašiku ulja i 3 kašike putera, na umerenoj vatri, da se puter rastopi. Šnicle položiti u tiganj da se prže  na tihoj vatri, 7-8 minuta, uz jedno okretanje. </li><li>Tada dodati u tiganj dve kašike američkog malt viskija ili burbona i ostaviti da krčka još tri minuta. Izvaditi šnicle i pokriti ih folijom. </li><li>Probati sos i po potrebi dodati još kašiku  putera i kašičicu brašna da ga zgusne (ako je previše gusto, još kašičicu viskija). Računati dve šnicle po osobi. Za svaku šniclu pripremiti po komad alu folije veličine cca 30 x 30 cm. </li><li>Pripremiti dugačke i tanko sečene šnite dimljene slanine (najbolje „pančete“), ili sušene šunke - onoliko komada koliko ima šnicli. Utrljati u šnicle malo soli, bibera i suvog začina.

</li><li>Iseći ¼ crvene paprike babure na štapiće debljine malog prsta. Polu tvrdi žuti sir po izboru (ementaler, gauda, edamer, trapist...) naseći na deblje štapiće, - onoliko štapića koliko ima šnicli. Pripremiti komadiće ananasa iz konzerve, - po 1 - 2 štapića za svaku šniclu. Iseći beli deo mladog luka na štapiće od 3-4 cm. </li><li>Na svaki komad alu folije položiti prvo šnitu slanine (šunke), pa preko nje šniclu od belog mesa.  Na svaku šniclu položiti komadiće ananasa, po štapić mladog luka i paprike, štapić sira i po jedan list svežeg bosiljka. U nedostatku svežeg, vrlo blago posuti sušenim bosiljkom (tek nekoliko sušenih komadića). Zarolati šnicle dok se ne dobiju rolnice. Rolnice čvrsto upakovati u alu foliju.

</li><li>Poslagati rolnice u tepsiju (koju ne treba podmazivati) i peći ih u rerni na 180 stepeni, na srednjoj visini rerne, oko 25-30 minuta. Ako su paketići dovoljno čvrsto uvijeni, naduvaće se. To je znak da je jelo gotovo.

</li><li>Uz ovo jelo se dobro slaže svaka salata, a moja preporuka je da se umesto salate jede sa nekoliko kriški ananasa.
