Skloniti i ubaciti 400 g mekog brašna i 2 kašike gustina pa dobro izmešati. Ostaviti da se ohladi. </li><li>Dok se hladi napraviti sirup: 1 kg šećera sipati u šerpu pa naliti vode da voda bude bar 1 cm višlja od nivoa šećera. Staviti da se kuva. Dodati 3-4 kriške limuna i kuvati dok ne počnu da se stvaraju klobuci. Sirup treba da je umereno gust. U to nacediti 1 limun i ostaviti da se ohladi. </li><li>Kad se testo ohladi, ubacivati i umešati 5 jaja, jedno po jedno. Mutiti mikserom, metlicama za testo, dok ne postane glatko. </li><li>U špric za tulumbe staviti dobijenu masu. Istiskivanjem formirati tulumbe  8-10 cm dužine, istiskivati direktno u tiganj u kojem je visina ulja najmanje 1 cm i pržiti na umereno laganoj vatri. Treba da plivaju u ulju i prže se dok ne postanu zlatne.</li><li>Vaditi tulumbe i ređati u dublji pleh ili posudu. Otopiti puter na blagoj vatri. Zagrejati rernu na 180 stepeni.</li><li>U posudi izmešati: dve kašike šećera, kašiku cimeta, šaku sušenih grožđica i šaku sušenih brusnica, kajsija ili drugog voća, ili od svega pomalo. Dodati dve kašičice soka od limuna, malo narendane koricu limuna i sok pola pomorandže. </li><li>Sve to dobro izmešati i sjediniti. Po potrebi dodati još limunovog soka ili šećera - da ukus bude po želji ali i da smesa ne bude suviše tečna.</li><li>Na svaku koru položiti kašiku smese za punjenje. Namazati ivice kore rastopljenim puterom (najbolje četkicom). Zarolati od dole kore kao palačinku, pa saviti bočne icvice kao sarmicu da ih puter zalepi. Onda zaviti paketić do kraja.</li><li>U tepsiju staviti papir za pečenje pa položiti paketiće. Svaki paketić premazati tečnim puterom od gore. Ubaciti kockice slanine. Dodati izmrvljenog feta sira, 2 sitno seckana čena belog luka i pola veze sitno seckanog peršunovog lista, sve „od oka“ po želji.</li><li>Pleh sa profilom za projice podmazati puterom. Sipati u profile, otprilike do polovine visine (da ne iskipe kad porastu).  Peći u rerni na 200 stepeni 35 minuta.

List kore za pitu raširiti po radnoj ploči, preseći ga po visini na pola. Na svaku polovinu položiti komad feta sira debljine pola cm. Sir postuti sa malo susama i lešnicima ili orasima,  isa malo vrlo sitno sečene ljute papričice. </li><li>Paketić zaviti kao sarmicu: zarolati jedan krug, pa razmućenim jajetom namazati bočne ivice i saviti ih po pola cm ka unutra kao pismo i onda zarolati koru do kraja. Gornji kraj premazati isto jajaetom da se zalepi i zatvori.</li><li>Staviti paketiće u tiganj na pola cm visine ulja, i na blagoj vatri peći sa svake strane 2-3 minuta uz okretanje, dok ne počnu da dobijaju zlatnu koricu. </li><li>Staviti na tanjir i preliti medom. Posuti susamom. Oko paketića na tanjir položiti kolutiće svežeg krastavca prelivenog kiselim mlekom ili kiselom pavlakom. Ako je sezona, služe se i uz sveže smokve.
</li><li>Napomena: ljuta papričica može se zameniti sitno seckanom baburom.
