Dodati vode u srazmeri jedna čaša pirinča – jedna i po čaše vode. Tome dodati 4 kašike belog vina. Blago posoliti, dodati pola kašičice suvog začina i ostaviti da se kuva na vatri malo slabijoj od najjače.</li><li>Za to vreme oljuštiti nekoliko šargarepa i naseći na kolutove ili štapiće. </li><li>U drugu šerpicu sipati vode do polovine, blago posoliti i ubaciti šargarepu da se kuva na najjačoj vatri. Kada voda provri, probati da li je šargarepa malo omekšala. Kada se voda u šerpici prepolovi, dodati pola čaše (oko 1 dl) belog vina i ostaviti da se šargarepa skuva do kraja – da bude “al dente”. </li><li>Pirinač bi trebalo da je skuvan kada upije svu vodu iz šerpe (proveriti i ako je još tvrd dodati vode i kuvati dok ne omekša). Kad je gotov, da ne bi ostao „sluzav“, sipati ga u đevđir – cediljku i ispirati pod mlazom hladne vode dok ne postane sasvim beo. Tada ga vratiti u šerpicu i dodati mu šargarepu sa belim vinom. Sačekati da pirinač upije taj saft. </li><li>Po potrebi doterati ukus, dodati malo bibera. Dobro izmešati pirinač i šargarepu, i usuti u posudu željenog oblika. Kašikom dobro pritisnuti – sabiti masu u posudu, pa je izvrnuti naopako da dobije izgled pudinga ili kolača. Dodati začine po ukusu (so, biber, malo suvog začina). </li><li>Dva čena belog luka nagnječiti, iseckati najsitnije moguće. Nekoliko kolutova ljute (čili) papričice iseći vrlo sitno, pa sve dodati u smesu. Savet: ljute papričice iseckajte makazama, biće lakše a nećete zaljutiti prste.</li><li>Piletinu u krupnijim komadima po izboru (grudi, krilca, bataci...) dobro uvaljati u napravljeni sos. Poslagati u vatrostalnu posudu ili tiganj, preliti sosom i peći u rerni, na srednjoj visini rerne, na 180 stepeni oko 30 – 40 min. Povremeno proveravati i po potrebi doliti malo vode u posudu da se ne zalepi za dno.

Pola korena celera takođe iseći, ali na „žilijen“ (što sitnije i tanje tračice) a luk na poluprstenove. </li><li>Nakon toga propržiti krompir u tiganju na ulju 10-tak minuta na srednjoj vatri, povremeno promešati. Onda dodati ostalo povrće i 30g putera pa sve ostaviti da se prži još 10 minuta.</li><li>Za to vreme u posebnoj posudi Istucati seme korijandera, i dodati kašičicu narendanog djumbira i sve dobro izmešati. Može se dodati sitno seckane čili papričice, opciono. </li><li>Izvaditi krompir iz tiganja, na papiru ocediti od ulja, posuti sa malo karija, posoliti i dobro izmešati.</li><li>Sipati med u tiganj preko povrća i dadati smesu od korijandera, djumbira i čilija. Dinstati sve još 2 - 3 minuta. Pre služenja posuti listovima korijandera ili peršuna.
