Mešati da se brašno sjedini sa povrćem, dodato so i seckani peršunov list. Ako je previše retko, dodati još brašna dok gustina ne bude dovoljna da se formiraju manji oblici krofne. </li><li>Među dlanovima formirati oblike krofni ili kuglice i pržiti na umerenoj vatri u tiganju na oko 1 cm ulja. U tiganj usuti kašičicu ulja i 40 g putera i ostaviti da se puter otopi na umerenoj vatri. Za to vreme naseckati sitno celu glavicu belog luka i celu vezicu peršunovog lista.

</li><li>	U tiganj ubaciti sav beli luk i polovinu peršunovog lista. Ostaviti 2 – 3 minuta da se prži, pa ubaciti šampinjone, koje odmah treba posoliti i dodati im malo suvog začina, da bi pustili svoj sok.</li><li>	Šampinjone ostaviti da se kuvaju uz povremeno mešanje, sve dok sav njihov saft ne ispari. Blago ih pobiberiti i ostaviti da se griluju bez ulja i vode, pazeći da ne zagore. Nakon desetak minuta poprskati ih sa malo limunovog soka i preko njih posuti ostatak seckanog peršunovog lista. </li><li>Idealan su prilog uz svako meso, uz pirinač, krompir ili bareno povrće i sve salate.

Ne odvajati peteljke. Poslagati ih u teglu i preliti belim rumom, da budu sasvim pokrivene. Poklopiti teglu. Natapati u frižideru jedan dan. 

</li><li>	Izvaditi ih iz tegle i svaku osušiti ubrusom, pazeći da se peteljke ne otkinu od ploda. </li><li>	U loncu ili šerpi na tihoj vatri rastopiti kašiku putera, tablu mlečne i tablu čokolade za kuvanje. Sve izmešati da se ujednači.</li><li>	Kada se čokolada otopi, svaku višnju držeći za peteljku umočiti do polovine bobice u rastopljenu čokoladu. Ređati ih na tanjir i pričekati dok se čokolada ne stegne. Kad se stegne, još jednom umočiti svaku bobicu na isti način u čokoladu, pa sve odložiti u frižider da se stegne do kraja.

Uspraviti ga i odstraniti nožem stranice, a potom i sitne zaostatke od kore. Preseći ga uzdužno na pola i još po pola, na uzdužne četvrtine. Odstraniti tvrdu sredinu svakog komada, da ostanu fileti čistog voćnog „mesa“.</li><li>	U dubljem tiganju na srednje jakoj vatri zagrejati kašičicu običnog ulja pa dodati dve kašike putera i dve kašike smeđeg šećera (zamena je žuti šećer). Čim se puter otopi ubaciti ananas filete. Obilato ih posuti smeđim šećerom i kuvati 3 – 4 minuta pa okrenuti i pošećeriti i drugu stranu. Dok se kuva iscediti sok jedne pomorandže bez koštica u tiganj. 

</li><li>	Opet okrenuti ananas i izabrati ukus za dodatni začin: ili pola kašičice cimeta, ili semenke vanile iz vanila štapića (zamena je kašika vanil šećera) ili iscepkani listovi sveže nane (zamena je pola kašičice sušene).
</li><li>	Pojačati vatru i kuvati još desetak minuta da ananas omekša. Probati saft – ako je redak zbog mnogo pomorandžinog soka dodati kašiku meda i mešati da se izjednači, ako je preslatko dodati kašićicu – dve limunovog soka.</li><li>	Poslužiti na tanjiru preliveno saftom, ukrasiti sušenim brusnicama i (po želji) kuglom šlaga.

Dodati nagnječeni čen belog luka, šaku lista celera, vezicu peršunovog lista, grančicu ruzmarina i drugo začinsko bilje po ukusu. Kuvati dok ne proključa.</li><li>Kad proključa, očišćene repove gambora ubaciti u istu šerpu i kuvati sa povrćem 4 - 5 min dok ne pocrvene. Izvaditi gambore a vodu i povrće prosuti (bili su potrebni samo zbog ukusa).</li><li>Umutiti tri kašike kisele pavlake, kašiku majoneza, kašičicu limunovog soka, prstohvat aleve paprike ili čili praha, par kapi tabasco sosa, so i biber. Probati, pa po potrebi korigovati ukus. </li><li>U posudu za služenje položiti listove zelene salate, na njih staviti kašiku preliva, na to poslagati repove gambora i sve dobro preliti sa još preliva.

</li><li>Služiti u koktel činijama ili činijama za kompot, uz tost ili hleb zapečen u rerni. Ukrasiti po želji – npr. trakama zelene salate i trouglom limuna.

Skloniti sa vatre, izvaditi iz lonca i prohladiti. 

</li><li>	Svo povrće ubaciti u blender i blendirati dok se ne stvori pire. Pire vratiti u lonac, dodati 2 čaše pilećeg fonda (može i „kocka supa“), so, biber, malo lista celera i sve vratiti na vatru da još malo ukuva. Probati ukus i po potrebi ga doterati a željenu gustinu postići dodavanjem supe. </li><li>Ukrasiti peršunovim listom.

Prstohvat soli i bibera.</li><li>Na namaz položiti tanko sečene kolutove svežeg krastavca ili rotkvice. Preko toga staviti prašku šunku, pečenicu ili listove dimlkjenog lososa.</li><li>Na sve to položiti drugu palačinku. Premazati namazom, pokriti je listovima zelene salate I preko toga listićima žutog sira po izboru (može se I narendati).</li><li>Palačinke zarolati u oblik rolata, stegnuti ih alu folijom da zadrže oblik I odložiti u frižider na 15 minuta. Razdvojiti svaki kotur da se dobiju prstenovi. 
</li><li>Tako dobijene prstenove – kolutove luka posoliti i blago začiniti biberom i suvim začinom. Dobro promešati, pazeći da se kolutovi ne pokidaju. 
Začinejne kolutove uvaljati brašno. </li><li>Zagrejati ulje u većoj količni – otprilike 1cm ulja u posudi za prženje (šerpa, duboki tiganj, vok...) ili fritezu na najjaču vatru. Spustiti 5-6 kolutova luka u vrelo ulje i pržiti kratko, dok ne dobiju zlatnu boju (veća količina luka bi smanjila temperature ulja). </li><li>Probati i po potrebi dosoliti. Dodati im malo soli i ostaviti ih da kuvaju 2 minuta nakon što voda provri.

</li><li>Za to vreme uključiti rerenu na 180  stepeni, i naseći 4 – 5 većih paradajza na polukolutove i 2 – 3 glavice luka na kolutove.

</li><li>Krompir izvaditi i ocediti. Nauljiti dublju tepsiju za rernu i na dno poslagati krompir. Posoliti, dodati malo suvog začina i bibera, pa poprskati krompir uljem. Preko krompira poređati kriške luka, a preko luka kriške paradajza koje posoliti i začiniti secaknim bosiljkom. Ukoliko je preostalo mesta i materijala, ponoviti još jednom ređanje. Završni, gornji sloj bi trebalo da bude naizmenično poređana jedna kriška povrća preko druge, do polovine širine prethodnog koluta, kao lepeza, u kombinaciji sve tri vrste povrća. Poprskati sa malo ulja odgore</li><li>Složeno povrće staviti u rernu da se peče, na srednjoj visini. Peći oko 20 minuta pa proveriti viljuškom koliko je krompir mekan.</li><li> Pet minuta pre nego što bude gotovo, izvaditi posudu iz rerne i poslagati od gore kriške belog kravljeg podlivenog sira, koji posuti sa još malo bosiljka ili secaknim peršunovim listom. Poželjno je da bude tzv. „ananas“ a ne „bundevara“ (dakle, zelena iznutra a ne narandžasta). 

</li><li>	Odseći jedan vrh dinje kao klobuk i sačuvati. Kašikom izvaditi sve semenke. Potom pažljivo nožem izvaditi unutrašnjost koliko je moguće, i naseći je na kockice. Unutrašnjost pošećeriti izdašno belim ili žutim šećerom i napuniti šampanjcem do trećine. Potom ubaciti kockice dinje i dve šake višanja bez koštica (ako su bile smrnute, odmrznuti ih do pola) i još seckanog voća po izboru. Po potrebi dodati još šampanjca (ljubitelji koktela mogu dodati neki liker ili jače piće po izboru). Vratiti klobuk kao poklopac i sve ostaviti u frižider da se hladi. Ako nema vremena za hlađenje, ubaciti kockice leda.

</li><li>Služiti u činijama, kao voćnu salatu, sipati iz same dinje.
