Staviti pirinač da se kuva. Pravilo: šolja pirinča – dve šolje vode, dodati malo soli. Pirinač je skuvan kad sasvim pobeli i upije svu vodu (za svaki slučaj najbolje je probati da li je zrno mekano). Pirinač ispirati u cetki ispod hladne vode dok ne postane sasvim beo i suv, bez sluzi.</li><li>Dok se pirinač kuva, naseći povrće: beli deo praziluka na duguljaste trakice, 2 oljuštene šargarepe na vrlo tanke kose kolutiće, celer na tanke štapiće i pola krastavca dobro opranog i neoljuštenog na trouglove ili kockice. Dve šake šampinjona naseći na vrlo tanke listiće. Blago sve posoliti (soja sos je slan) i pobiberiti.</li><li>U dubljem tiganju ili voku zagrejati ulje da bude vrelo. Ubaciti piletinu i pržiti minut - dva da porumeni, pa izvaditi i odložiti. U isti tiganj ubaciti sve povrće, šampinjone i dve šake prženog kikirikija (lepše je sa indijskim orahom). Dodati kašičicu soja sosa (ukoliko imate sos od ostriga - „oyster“, dodati kašičicu jer daje divan sjaj i gustinu). Pržiti oko dva minuta stalno mešajući. Vratiti piletinu u tiganj i pržiti sve još dva minuta. </li><li>Razmutiti kašičicu skrobnog brašna (Gustin, Čvrstin) u malo vode i dodati u tiganj. Sve dobro promešati. Probati ukus i po potrebi dodati još malo soja sosa (umesto soli), i bibera po ukusu.

</li><li>Propržiti susam u tiganju bez ulja, uz mešanje, da ne zagori.
</li><li>Po želji mleveno meso i/ili sitno seckane šampinjone propržiti na malo luka.</li><li>Tanke kore za pitu iskrojiti cca 10 x 20 cm. Dok se punjenje hladi, razmutiti jedno jaje.</li><li>Spojiti povrće, susam i šampinjone/meso, dodati kašiku soja sosa i kašičicu ojster sosa (nije obavezno, ali daje lep šmek) i sve dobro izmešati.</li><li>Po kašiku punjenja staviti na iskrojenu koru. Razmućenim jajetom namazati bočne i gornju ivicu pa zamotati kao sarmu.

</li><li>Pržiti u pola cm ulja na umerenoj vatri oko minut-dva sa svake strane, da dobije zlatnu boju.
