Dodati ruzmarin.</li><li>Za to vreme naseći blitvu, prvo stabljike listova na kockice i odmah dodati ostalom povrću u tiganj.  Potom listove saviti u rolnu i naseći na trake pa i njih ubaciti u tiganj. Dodati so, biber i suvi začin. Kuvati 5-6 minuta povremeno mešajući. </li><li>Kad se blitva smežura i prepolovi volumen, dodati u tiganj skuvani krompir. Sve izmešati, po potrebi dodatno začiniti. </li><li>Filete ribe nakapati sa po nekoliko kapi limunovog soka, pa natrljati solju, sa malo bibera i ruzmarina i majčine dušice. Jedan čen belog luka očistiti i prepoloviti uzduž </li><li>Masti od slanine u tiganju dodati kašiku maslinovog ulja pa kad se ugreje položiti filete kožicom na dole. Ubaciti polovine belog luka u tiganj. Pržiti 3-4 minuta pa okrenuti i dodati slaninu. Iseckati beli luk, peršunov list i narendati koricu pola limuna. Naseći na sitno slaninu/pršut. Odseći i naseckati glave lignji sa kracima.</li><li>Napraviti punjenje: na kašiki maslinovog ulja propržiti slaninu, 1 čen seckanog belog luka, iseckane krake lignji, pola količine peršunovog lista, kašičicu rendane korice limuna i dodati kašiku prezle, suvi začin i biber po ukusu. Sve to pržiti 2 minuta pa izvaditi i ostaviti da se hladi.</li><li>Dobijenom smesom napuniti lignje do pola ili 2/3 dužine i probosti duplo čačkačicom (koristiti pola dužine čačkalice zbog lakšeg okretanja u tiganju). Zagrejati 2 kašike maslinovog ulja i položiti lignje da se prže na srednje jakoj vatri 5-7 minuta. </li><li>U tiganj dodati preostali seckani beli luk, preostalu narendanu limunovu koricu i belo vino. Ostaviti da se kuva 3-5 minuta pa dodati kašiku putera i pola kašičice čili praha.</li><li>Začiniti solju i biberom. Ostaviti još 3 minuta da kuva i ubaciti drugu polovinu naseckanog peršunovog lista i kašiku pavlake za kuvanje. Rernu uključiti na 180 stepeni.</li><li>Tikvice (lepše su zelene ili žute) dobro oprati i neoljuštene naseći na 3 ili 4 valjka jednake dužine. Izdubiti sredinu kašikom od koštica ali da ostane malo "mesa" po unutrašnjim zidovima i da se ne probije dno. Posoliti i okrenuti naopačke 1-2 minuta, da ispuste vodu (biće ukusnije).</li><li>Na malo ulja propržiti luk i beli luk pa dodati papriku masline i paradajz da se krčkaju 5 minuta. Začiniti sa malo soli, bibera, suvog začina i šećera. </li><li>Za to vreme prazne korpice od tikvica namazati uljem sa spoljne strane i staviti u tiganj. Ostatak preliva sipati u zagrejani tiganj.</li><li>Filete položiti u tiganj i pržiti na vatri sledećoj do najjače, oko tri minuta, pa pažljivo okrenuti. I drugu stranu pržiti isto, pa opet okrenuti dok ne dobije rumenu, zlatnu boju.</li><li>Služiti toplo ili hladno, uz bareni krompir. </li><li>Na kockice iseći povrće: 2 oljuštena i očišćena krastavca, i 2 paradajza. Ubaciti u veću posudu i dodati 2 kašike seckanog peršunovog lista, 2 kašike ulja, nekoliko seckanih listova bosiljka, 2 kašike seckanog vlašca, so, biber i vrlo malo suvog začina. Spojiti sa jogurt masom i promešati. Ostaviti pola sata u frižider da se hladi. 

</li><li>U tanjire iz kojih će se jesti poslagati duž cele ivice jedno preko drugog tanke kolutove krastavca, dobro opranog i neoljuštenog, blago posloljene i posute sa malo akeve paprike. Preko njih u tanjire sipati čorbu.

Posloiti i popapriti. </li><li>	Propržiti ih u šerpi sa obe strane na maslinovom ulju, puteru i kašiki šećera da se stvori karamel, na srednje jakoj vatri. Kada porumene, dodati paradajz pelat. U pelat dodati soli, bibera u zrnu, 2 nagnječena čena belog luka i suvog začina. Sve to naliti pivom, da pliva (od piva će meso postati mekano). Sačuvati pulpu i sok i ubaciti sve u blender. Dodati vezu peršunovog lista, šaku svežeg bosiljka, ako ima svežeg estragona, nane i drugog začinskog bilja po ukusu, so i biber. Blendirati kratko - da ne bude čorba, već na krupnije - kao salsa za špagete.

 </li><li>Sadržinu iz blendera prebaciti na čistu kuhinjsku krpu ili gazu. Okačiti da se cedi u posudu postavljenu ispod. Ne cediti rukom jer će iscuriti pulpa, koja nam u ovom slučaju nije potrebna, već samo bistri sok. Ceđenje će potrajati sat – dva ili duže, zavisno od količine.</li><li>    Kada se isecedi dovoljno tečnosti (bistra supa), ostaviti neko vreme u frižider. Za to vreme oljuštiti 1 krastavac i krišku lubenice, očistiti ih od koštica. Poslastičarskom kašikom ili kašičicom izvući iz krastavca i iz lubenice kuglice. Dobijene crvene i zelene kuglice ubaciti u tanjir ili dublju čijinu za supu, za svakog konzumenta ponaosob. Napuniti svaku pojedinačnu posudu supom i tako servirati.

 </li><li>U nedostatku pogodne alatke za dobijanje kuglica, krastavac i srce lubenice iseći na male trouglove ili piramide, - i to će zadovoljiti estetiku ovog jela. Neobična kombinacija ukusa paradajza, lubenice i krastavca neće nikog ostaviti ravnodušnim.

Ne ljuštiti ih. Tako neoljuštene iseći po dužini na kriške debljine prsta i viljuškom ih izgrebati po dužini sa obe strane, da bi pustili svoj gorak sok. Ostaviti ih sa strane u posudu da se ocede. 

</li><li>Iseći 1 – 2 veća sveža paradajza na cele kolutove. Nekoliko čenova belog luka izgnječiti da postanu pasta.

</li><li>Nauljiti plitku tepsiju za rernu ravnomerno sa svih strana. Na dno tepsije poređati kriške („bruskete“) patlidžana, pa ih začiniti sa malo soli i suvog začina. Tako začinjene patlidžane premazati tanko pastom od izgnječenog belog luka. Potom na njih poređati po 2 - 3 koluta paradajza. Paradajz posoliti i blago pobiberiti, pa posuti seckanim bosiljkom ili seckanim zelenim perajima mladog luka.

</li><li>Peći u rerni na 180 stepeni 10 – 15 min na srednjoj visni rerne (dok patlidžan ne porumeni). Tada bruskete izvaditi iz rerne, preko paradajza položiti po veliku krišku mozzarele ili drugog belog podlivenog i vratiti u rernu. Peći 1-2 minuta dok se sir ne otopi. Izvaditi i posuti seckanim peršunovim listom, i po želji parmezanom.

Paziti da žar ne bude prejak – najbolje je podešavanjem visine roštiljske žice od žara. Ako su samo repovi bez oklopa, biće potrebno svega 2 minuta, a za one s oklopom oko 3-5 minuta, dok sasvim ne pocrvene. Umesto roštilja može i utiganju, na vrlo malo ulja. </li><li>Pripremiti dresing: 2/3 kisele pavlake (milerama), i 1/3 majoneza dobro izmešati da se sjedine. U to dodati: nekoliko listova nane (ili malo sušene), 1 mango isečen na kockice, sok od 1 pomorandže, narendanu koricu pomornadže (paziti da ne bude narendana bela gorka unutrašnjost). Dodati kašičicu maslinovog ulja, kašičicu soka od limuna. Začiniti po ukusu i tome dodati seckanu ljutu papričicu ili malo čili praha. 

</li><li>Sve dobro izmešati ili sjediniti u blenderu ili mutilicom. Po potrebi dodavati još milerama ili nekog od sastojaka, zavisno od ukusa.</li><li>Grilovane škampe umakati u sos i jesti sa tostom ili čipsom.
