Naeckati sitno i jednu čili (ljutu) papričicu (ko ne može ljuto neka odstrani žilice i semenke). 

</li><li>Propržiti sve zajedno na srednje jakoj vatri na malo ulja dok luk ne počne da menja boju. Onda dodati kašiku - dve tople vode i dinstati još 3 minuta.</li><li>Na dno dublje posude za rernu (najbolje zemljane) rasporediti crveni pasulj prethodno skuvan, u količini po želji (najpraktičnije je koristiti već skuvan, iz konzerve). Začiniti pasulj sa malo suvog začina, malo soli i bibera i majčine dušice (timijan). Količine odrediti prema sopstvenom ukusu. Preko pasulja rasporediti dinstatni luk i ljutu papričicu. Preko svega rasporediti 2-3 dl kiselog mleka ili kisele pavlake.</li><li>Peći u rerni oko 20 – 30 minuta na jakoj vatri (ne duže, jer je pasulj već kuvan).
