Naseći vrlo sitno manju glavicu luka (ili pola gavice luka većeg), 2 čena belog luka i listove korijandera (zamena je peršunov list). </li><li>Mleveno meso mešano (pola juneće a pola svinjsko) dobro izgnječiti rukama. Dodati čili prah, so, biber i malo suvog začina. U meso ubaciti seckano povrće i sve još dobro izmešati.  </li><li>Nakvasiti dlanove vodom. Dodati povrće koje je ostalo od supe ili kuvanja - (šargarepa, zelen, paštrnak, celer...). Nekoliko komada od svakog povrća sačuvati za ukrašavanje. </li><li>Dodati rendanog muskatnog oraščića, kašičicu kari praha, malo mlevenog bibera i sitno seckane ljute papričice (opciono). Izmiksati u blenderu. Dodati neutralne pavlake, oko 1 -2 dl, po ukusu.
</li><li>Prokuvati na jakoj vatri 3 - 5 minuta i začiniti po potrebi. Ubaciti sačuvane komade povrća da plivaju kao ukras. Naseći beli deo kineskog kupusa na kockice i čili papričicu na sitno. Sve to ubaciti u šerpu. Dodati 2 polovine limuna sa korom, kašiku ribljeg sosa i prinčane rezance rezanci nisu obavezni). Može i bez ribljeg sosa, a pirinčane rezance mogu da zamene i obični, najtanji.</li><li>Ostaviti da provri da se ukusi izmešaju i dok piletina i rezanci ne budu kuvani.
