    1. Njoke skuvati prema uputstvu. Kad isplivaju na površinu vode u šerpi, tada su skuvane.
    2. Za to vreme u tiganj staviti malo putera, 3 - 4 cvetića šafrana i 3 – 4 dl neutralne pavlake za kuvanje. Začiniti sa malo soli, belog, crvenog ili zelenog bibera sveže istucanog (može i biber mešanih boja) i malo suvog začina. Po potrebi dodati putera zbog gustine.
    3. Dodati u tiganj prethodno kuvane njoke, sve dobro promešati i posuti seckanim svežim vlascem ili peršunovim listom, (a može i sa oba) i tako poslužiti.
